Data Deletion

You can delete your data from DedgoroArt at any time. This page explains what you can remove yourself, how to delete your whole account, and how to revoke access you granted from a connected platform.
Remove things yourself
- Images: delete any image in the app. Deleted images move to trash and are permanently removed after the retention window (default 7 days).
- Connected accounts: disconnect any Bluesky, Instagram, or X account in the app’s channels settings. Disconnecting immediately deletes the credentials we stored for it.
Delete your entire account
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@dedgoro.art from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
This permanently removes:
- your account and profile;
- your generated images and their stored files;
- your prompts, selections, drafts, and publishing history kept in our systems; and
- the credentials for any connected social accounts.
Content you already published to a third-party platform (Bluesky, Instagram, X) lives on that platform — delete it there, and use that platform’s own tools to remove it. A self-service “delete my account” button is on our roadmap; until then the email request above is the way to do it.
Revoke access from Instagram
If you connected Instagram, you can also remove DedgoroArt’s access directly from Instagram: open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, and remove DedgoroArt. To then delete the data we hold, send the account-deletion request above. The same applies to Bluesky (revoke the app password) and X (remove app access in your X settings).
