We want DedgoroArt to be a tool people can trust. This page explains what’s allowed, where the images come from, how we label AI content, and how to report a problem. It works alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Content policy

For now, DedgoroArt is for non-explicit (SFW) content only. Regardless of that, the following are never allowed:

  • Any sexualization of minors. We have zero tolerance, remove it immediately, ban the account, and report it as required by law.
  • Content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or likeness.
  • Impersonation, deceptive “deepfakes” of real people, harassment, hate, or threats.

Your images are yours

You own the images and videos you make. We do not train AI models on your images or prompts, and we don’t claim ownership of your work. The only training that uses your pictures is training you start yourself. We store and process your work to run the Service, to publish it on your instruction, and to show it publicly when you share it or give us permission — see the Terms.

Fair pricing

Pricing follows the same principle as the rest of the Service: no tricks.

  • One currency: dust (our credit unit). Real prices at checkout — no conversion games, no gem math.
  • Dust you buy never expires. Your daily dust refills at 00:00 UTC every day and does not carry over.
  • If a generation fails, or the model’s provider refuses it, its dust comes back automatically. A prompt our own safety checks refuse is stopped before any dust is used.
  • No silent repricing. Any change to what dust buys is announced at least 30 days ahead and never applies mid-cycle. Packs you already bought are never devalued.
  • No countdown timers, no fake scarcity, no trial traps.

Models & licenses

Every model comes from another company or creator. Some run on our own servers, and some run on their maker’s service — the Terms list them and pass on the rules those licenses require. A license can place conditions on how what you make may be used, especially commercially, and each model’s page says what that model allows before you use it. You are responsible for following it.

AI disclosure

Content made with DedgoroArt is AI-generated. When you publish, we add the #aiart tag so it’s clearly disclosed, and we respect the AI-labeling features of the platforms you post to. Please keep AI content honestly labeled.

Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content published or hosted through DedgoroArt infringes your copyright, email support@dedgoro.art with the subject “Copyright” and include:

  • your contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • a link to (or copy of) the allegedly infringing content;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable infringing content where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

Report a problem

To report content that breaks these rules, or any safety concern, email support@dedgoro.art. We take reports seriously and act on them. Signed-in members can also report a post, a comment or a conversation straight from its ⋯ menu; it reaches the same review queue. A reported conversation reaches us as a copy of its last 20 messages — we never read conversations otherwise.
