Trust & Safety

Last updated: June 14, 2026

We want DedgoroArtto be a tool people can trust. This page explains what’s allowed, where the images come from, how we label AI content, and how to report a problem. It works alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Content policy

During this phase, DedgoroArt is for non-explicit (SFW) content only. Regardless of that, the following are never allowed:

  • Any sexualization of minors. We have zero tolerance, remove it immediately, ban the account, and report it as required by law.
  • Content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or likeness.
  • Impersonation, deceptive “deepfakes” of real people, harassment, hate, or threats.

Your images are yours

You own the images you generate. We do not train AI models on your images or prompts, and we don’t claim ownership of your work. We only store and process it to run the Service and to publish on your instruction — see the Terms.

Models & licenses

Images are generated using third-party open-weight models. Each model is released under its own license, which can place conditions on how outputs may be used — especially commercially. Your ability to use a generated image is subject to the license of the model that produced it, and you are responsible for complying with it. If you plan to use outputs commercially, review the relevant model’s license first.

AI disclosure

Content made with DedgoroArtis AI-generated. When you publish, we include an AI-art tag so it’s clearly disclosed, and we respect the AI-labeling features of the platforms you post to. Please keep AI content honestly labeled.

Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content published or hosted through DedgoroArt infringes your copyright, email support@dedgoro.art with the subject “Copyright” and include:

  • your contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • a link to (or copy of) the allegedly infringing content;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable infringing content where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

Report a problem

To report content that breaks these rules, or any safety concern, email support@dedgoro.art. We take reports seriously and act on them.
