Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DedgoroArt at dedgoro.art (the “Service”), operated by an individual operator (sole proprietor). By creating an account or using the Service, including browsing it without an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DedgoroArt lets you make images and short videos with AI models, upscale them, train your own AI models from your pictures, share your work with the community, and publish it to social accounts you connect. Anyone can browse the Service. Making things requires an account, and some features require a paid plan. The models, features, and prices on offer change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You may not use the Service from a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are named on a sanctions list.
  • You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, store, share, or publish content that:

  • is unlawful, or sexualizes minors in any way (we have zero tolerance and will report it as required by law);
  • infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • shows a real person in a sexual or intimate way, or is a fake image or video of a real person meant to deceive;
  • impersonates a person or brand, or is deceptive, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
  • is sexual or adult content — for now, the Service is for non-explicit (SFW) content only; or
  • breaks the rules of any platform you publish to.

You also agree not to get around our safety checks, and not to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Our safety checks run automatically. A prompt they refuse is stopped before anything is made. An image or video they mark as sensitive after it is made stays in your account but is hidden, and it cannot be shared, published, or used for training.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. See Trust & Safety for our content policy and how to report a problem.

4. Model licenses

Every model on DedgoroArt was made by another company or creator and comes with its own license or terms of use. Some models run on our own servers. Others run on their maker’s or a partner’s service: FLUX.2 pro, flex, max, and klein 9B through Black Forest Labs, Seedream through BytePlus, and our video models through fal and Replicate. Some of these licenses and terms require us to pass their rules on to you, so those rules form part of this agreement. You agree to them when you use the model they belong to, or a model trained on it.

Rules that apply to every model. In addition to section 3, you agree not to use the Service or what you make with it to:

  • give medical advice, or interpret medical or health results, as though it were professional care;
  • make or support automated decisions that affect someone’s legal rights, or create binding obligations, without a person reviewing them;
  • support policing, immigration, asylum, or criminal-justice decisions — including predicting whether someone will commit a crime;
  • exploit the vulnerabilities of a particular group of people in a way likely to cause them physical or psychological harm; or
  • generate personal information about someone in order to harm them.

These come from the CreativeML OpenRAIL-M and OpenRAIL++-M licenses, which cover several of our models. Each model’s page says, in plain language and before you use it, what that model allows — including whether you may sell what you make and whether you must credit the model when you share it.

Anima. Anima is built on NVIDIA Cosmos and carries NVIDIA’s terms with it. When you use Anima, you also agree not to defeat, disable, or work around the safety filters on the Service; to use it in line with NVIDIA’s Trustworthy AI guidance; and not to use its images to train an AI model that competes with Anima. We are answerable to the model’s owner for how the Service is used, so we may refuse or stop a generation that would break these rules.

Krea 2. Krea 2, and models trained on it here, are covered by the Krea 2 Community License and Krea’s Acceptable Use Policy, and you agree to both when you use them. Commercial use is allowed only while your business earns under one million US dollars a year; above that, you need a separate license from Krea before selling anything you make with it. Krea may end its license with 30 days’ notice. If it does, we will stop offering Krea 2 and will have to delete every model trained on it, including yours.

FLUX.2 through Black Forest Labs. Images made with FLUX.2 pro, flex, max, or klein 9B come from Black Forest Labs’ service, whose terms do not allow them to be used to train AI models. You agree not to use them for training, including when you train a model here.

Other providers. Seedream and the video models run on their providers’ services, and those providers’ usage policies also apply to what you make with them.

Where a model’s license is stricter than these Terms, the model’s license applies.

5. Your content & ownership

You own what you make. We claim no ownership of your prompts, your pictures, or the images and videos you generate, and we do not use your images, videos, or prompts to train AI models. The only training that uses your pictures is training you start yourself (section 7).

You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the Service: to store and process your content; to send your prompt, and any picture you add, to the provider of the model you chose; to show your content back to you; to show it publicly when you choose to share it, or when you give us permission (section 6); and to publish it to the accounts you connect, on your instruction.

Starting from a picture. You can start a new image from one of your own pictures or from a picture you upload. When you upload one, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and that if it shows real people, they agreed. We ask you to confirm this before your first upload. Uploads must follow section 3: we check them automatically and may refuse one without saying why. An upload that no generation used is deleted after 24 hours.

Your right to use what you make — especially commercially — also depends on the license of the model that made it (section 4). You are responsible for following those licenses.

6. Sharing with the community

You can share your work to Posts. Every shared post passes our safety checks and is reviewed by a person before it goes public. Once public, anyone — including visitors without an account — can see the image, its prompt and negative prompt, the seed and settings, and the models used. Signed-in members can like it, copy its prompt, remix it (start their own generation from the same settings), and report it.

Signed-in members can also comment on a published post. Comments are public and appear under the post with the commenter’s username. Unlike posts, comments are not reviewed by a person before they appear: they pass an automatic check, and anyone can report one. The content rules above apply to comments in full. The author of a post can delete any comment under it and can turn comments off for that post. We may remove any comment that breaks these Terms, and repeated violations can close the account.

Members can send each other private messages. The content rules above apply to messages in full. A message to someone you have not talked to before is limited to one until they answer. Anyone can block another member, which stops messages both ways and stops the blocked person from commenting on their posts. When a conversation is reported, our moderators read the copy of its last 20 messages attached to the report, and may restrict or close an account that breaks these Terms.

Sharing gives us permission to show the post publicly, and lets other members remix it, for as long as it stays shared. You can withdraw a post at any time. We may take down any post that breaks these Terms.

We may also feature your work on DedgoroArt — for example on the Home page, with your name — if you give us permission first. You can ask us to stop at any time.

7. Training your own models

You can train a model (a LoRA) from pictures you upload or pick from your own gallery. Training costs dust, and the price is shown before you start.

  • Your pictures. You confirm that you have the right to use every picture for training, and that if a picture shows a real person, you are that person or have their written consent. We ask you to confirm this before training starts. Pictures must follow section 3, and gallery images our safety checks flag can’t be used.
  • Private by default. Your training pictures and the models you train are private to your account, and you can delete a private model at any time.
  • Sharing a model. You can send a trained model for review. If a person approves it, everyone on DedgoroArt can find it and generate with it. Once a model is published, only we can remove it; write to us if you want that.
  • No downloads. Model files stay on DedgoroArt. We don’t offer them for download, to you or to anyone else.
  • Removal. We may remove a trained model that breaks these Terms or its base model’s license.

8. Publishing

When you connect a social account and publish, you authorize us to post the content you select to that account through the platform’s official API, and to read back the public engagement figures for those posts so we can show you how they did. That is the whole of the access we use — we do not read your feed, your followers, or your messages.

So that posts meet each platform’s limits, we may compress or resize an image before sending it, and we add the #aiart tag to the caption so the post is clearly labeled as AI-generated. Content our safety checks flag, or have not checked, can’t be published.

You are solely responsible for what you publish and for following each platform’s terms. You can disconnect an account at any time.

9. Community models & takedown

DedgoroArt lets people upload AI models (LoRAs and checkpoints), and share models they trained here, for others to generate with. We host what you upload on the strength of what you tell us about it.

What you promise when you upload. You confirm that you created the model, or that you hold the rights or permission needed to let us host it and let other people generate with it, and that doing so breaks no license attached to anything it was built from. We ask you to state this at upload, and we keep that answer. You are responsible for it being true.

What we do. A person reviews every uploaded or shared model before it goes live, and we refuse anything whose underlying model license does not permit us to host it. We do not, and cannot, independently verify who owns a set of weights — no service can. If you tell us something untrue, we act on it as described below.

If you believe we are hosting something we should not be, write to support@dedgoro.art with:

  • what the material is, and the link to it on dedgoro.art;
  • what you own or represent, and how to reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act for them.

You do not need an account to send a notice. We aim to answer within two business days and to remove or disable access to anything we take down promptly. We tell the person who uploaded it what was removed and why, and they may reply if they believe it was a mistake — if they do, we will pass their reply to you.

Repeat infringers. If the same account is the subject of repeated, valid takedown notices, we remove its uploads and close the account. Signed-in users can also report a model, a post or a comment from its page, which reaches the same review queue.

10. Dust, plans & payment

Payments are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Freemius runs the checkout, charges you, and handles taxes such as VAT. Your card details go to Freemius and its payment processors — we never see them.

Dust is our credit unit. Making images and videos, upscaling, and training cost dust, and the cost is shown before you start. Dust has no cash value, and it can’t be sold or transferred. There are two kinds:

  • Daily dust refills to your daily amount every day at 00:00 UTC, and unused daily dust does not carry over. Free accounts get a small daily amount and each plan a larger one — see Billing. When daily dust covers the whole cost of something, it is spent first.
  • Permanent dust comes from dust packs, bonuses, and rewards, and never expires. Some things, such as training a model, can only be paid for with permanent dust.

You can buy two things:

  • Subscriptions raise your daily amount and unlock some features for as long as they are active. They renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Dust packs are one-time purchases of permanent dust.

The price, and what it includes, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free dust and rewards. We may give dust for joining, for a first purchase, for feedback, or through our rewards program. These offers can change or end at any time. We may take back dust or rewards gained by breaking these Terms — for example through fake accounts or false proof for a task.

Refunds

  • 14-day money-back on your first purchase. If the Service is not what you expected, email support@dedgoro.art within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it.
  • Dust comes back automatically when an image, video, or upscale fails or the model’s provider refuses it, and when a training run fails on our side.
  • A prompt our safety checks refuse is stopped before any dust is used. An image or video they mark as sensitive after it is made counts as delivered and is not refunded.
  • If you cancel, the dust for anything not yet started comes back. Something already being made may still finish; if it does, it is yours and it is charged. A training run can be cancelled for a full refund while it is still queued, but not once training has started.
  • A finished image, video, or training run is not refunded because you don’t like the result.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time, but renewals that already happened are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back, the dust it added is removed from your balance (never below zero), and any subscription it paid for ends.

Price changes

If we change a price, or change how much dust a plan includes or an action costs, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you. It takes effect from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it applies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output — images, videos, and trained models — can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing what you make, share, and publish. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular model will stay available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DedgoroArt and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DedgoroArt and its operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
